Many high-profile celebrities and athletes have adopted a vegan diet, and plant-based options have become more widely available in restaurants and grocery stores. Additionally, the growth of social media has allowed vegan activists to more easily share information and connect with one another, further fueling the movement. Despite this growth, veganism is still a minority lifestyle choice, but the number of vegans is increasing every year. Today, veganism can be considered as a mainstream lifestyle choice and is being adopted by many people all around the world.
