Then we realize how heartbreaking, how very heartbreaking death is!We could spend our entire life trying to reconcile the fact that a person was so vivid for so many years and then suddenly it is no more, forever. This reality is impossible to reconcile, particularly when it has to do with our dear loved ones, because it is utterly contradictory. We miss them so much.You are here and suddenly you are no more! Were you really ever here? Was it a product of my imagination? Is it the cruelest of realities?This small collection of twelve poems deals succinctly with the nature of this painful feeling of despair.
