Prior to becoming senior pastor and teacher, Pastor Thompson had the privilege of serving the Oak Grove community for over 20 years. Willie is an author, couples coach, life coach and currently serves as the Chief Engagement & Strategy Officer of two multimillion-dollar service companies. He is an ordained minister and is the founder of two non-profit religious organizations committed to empowerment, education and outreach.
