This book is about a group of seasoned teachers quite dedicated to their profession but also having limitless humor in their every day activities. This book consists of the memories of some of the teachers that spent 15 years or more teaching at a Junior High School in Williamsburg Brooklyn. When not in the classroom they gathered in the second floor teachers' lounge which was to be called "The Bums Room". These guys spent hours being entertained and unwinding in that bums room. Since retiring many of the bums stayed connected talking on the phone and socializing with each other in various size groups. No matter where or how we were together, the conversation steered to many individual bums, their antics and personalities. During every conversation one of us would blurt out, there should be a book about the bums room, but who's gonna believe it?
