In its place a period of horror, pain, suffering and subjugation was instilled lasting for many decades during which time they never seized in their quest to regain their freedom and search for a peaceful and prosperous life, free from suppression and tyranny. This is their story, of a long perilous journey of many hardships and struggles which they were forced to overcome to achieve that end. This is a true testament of the strength and more importantly the ever enduring desire and hunger of the human spirit to be free.
