3000 years of history, culture, architecture and religion is difficult to compress into a consumable format without getting lost in trivial details and minutiae. Even more difficult is that the terrain and topology seemed to change every 10 km. Suffice it to say that this was a trip of a lifetime, fulfilling all my expectations, and taking each legend or factoid to its logical conclusion. We laughed, we cried, we were shocked and we were left hopeful. And yes, I would go again.
