I share personal memories of my father's influence from various stages of my life while the country experienced a wide range of national, racial, and religious tensions during that time. Yet, I grew up believing all men (and women) were created equal, which afforded me the most wonderful diverse relationships with people from all backgrounds. This directly impacted my choices in life and decisions made as I grew older.The fascinating memories of a very wise, tenderhearted, and loving father who taught me about important lessons like values, character, and the real loving and trusting relationship I should desire to have with God are all outlined in this little book.
