WELCOME This book is for anyone who wants to get some knowledge about the science behind auras, chakras, the third eye, the mind and the Self. It is part of a series. The other books are more practical, less science-based, and provide exercises and activity plans that develop the areas of interest. WHAT WILL BE COVERED: In the auras book, you will learn various methods to see your hand aura pretty quickly. With a bit of practice, you will then go on exercises that enable the senses to see auras around the body. Once you have developed enough skills, you can upgrade to seeing auras around trees, flowers and inanimate objects. The more you practise, the higher the level of energies you can see. In this particular book, you will learn what equipment is used to photograph auras. You will cover all the subjects studied in the whole series with a bit more of the science explained. To see auras, you need to readapt your vision into a different range of frequencies. This is possible with practice. In the chakras book, you will learn how to feel and spin them. You will use some exercises and activity plans to learn how to use them in your everyday planning. The third eye book gives you ample ways of using your third eye to travel beyond the physical realm. You will use this knowledge to practise remote viewing and other techniques that enable your mind to get free from your body. The mind series provide examples of how the mind links to the rest of the bio electro magnetic fields to provide the balance that makes you feel great. The last series is about the Self. This combines all the other dynamics of the body to bring together the one Selfness. This book is where everything converges into one simple system to use every day. The series represent a complete system that enables you to have an eye view of all the combined forces that makes our life what it is. It also provides a solid backbone that explains why and how these dynamics exist and are part of a complete mechanism that makes us be. If anything else, these series will give you an opportunity to spend some valuable personal and secret time with Your Self. This probably does not happen often. Take advantage of this luxury. You deserve it and are worth it. The author is an experienced Reiki Master, a chi gong practitioner and a psychologist. He has personal experience of the dynamics involved in these books. He practises every day the art and skills of third eye opening and travelling, mind development, chakras spinning and control. He had many travel experiences beyond the physical world and in other realms and dimensions. These books are basically the story of his life and his autobiography.
