My surgeon massaged my heart relentlessly, until it finally restarted, this amidst some very tense, anxious moments. I was, needless to say, extremely elated when they started me up again; I was given a second chance to do a few things differently before being dead again. Throughout my journey, I have learned how to prioritize areas of life that are the key building blocks for self-fulfillment. Each one of you, of course, is presently at a different place and stage of your own life journey. We all nevertheless have the same goal of wanting to engage in and experience activities that bring feelings of self-gratification. I hope to empower you to undertake a meaningful journey.
