Grace Harlowe With the American Army on the Rhine is the sixth and final entry in the hard-to-find Grace Harlowe Overseas series originally published in 1920. These books continue the adventures of the heroine of the High School Girls series and the College Girls series published from 1910 to 1917. In this entry, the armistice has been signed and the Great War has ended, but there are spies among the American Third Army troops marching to the Rhine. Grace Harlowe, once an ambulance driver on the Western Front, is now an army welfare worker and immediately runs afoul of her new supervisor. She also has her suspicions about the surrendering Hun, and soon finds herself on the wrong side of the Rhine in enemy territory.
