This book, "Generation Buy", is written for you... the Millennial home buyer, but it's also written in a way that real estate professionals can gain some insight into how they can better serve their Millennial clients.We're going to talk about all the important topics about the home buying process, but from your vantage point, and with your needs in mind. While I work with tons of young home buyers and each has their own wants and needs, I feel like there's a consistent theme across each transaction that can be put to paper and shared in hopes to help you make better decisions when it comes time for you to start your home buying journey.My other goal for this book is brevity. Both my editor and many of my peers really pushed for a 50,000-word book to give it "some meat". I politely declined and aggressively deleted every extra word, every extra chapter, until we came down to this... an afternoon read that could later be used as reference material during the home buying process.I hope you find this book informative, insightful, and, above all else, useful in your home buying process.
