The study of Human figure has intrigued me all throughout my life and my artistic journey. It is also one of the major subjects that has been studied since ages by great masters and they devoted their effort and time to simplify the human figure drawing process. The artists like Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci's human sculptures and their paintings of human figures continues to have significant reference for modern era artists including me.The content of this book is a result of my experience in learning the figure drawing and I have used that information to simplify the figure drawing during my artistic journey. I have gotten opportunity to discuss with the various figure drawing artists and to attend live figure drawing session in the US. It helped me how to simplify the entire process and to understand the underlying concepts of figure drawing. Also, my interest in learning the human anatomy facilitated this book. This book is an attempt to help emerging artists to learn and practice figurative art. Each topic in this book consists of basic concepts like common equipment used in art to Gesture drawing. There are also transparent images included throughout the book which will help the artists to practice while learning. All the practice and reference images are originally drawn by me and I hope this book will guide the artists to take the next step in figurative art.
