This is a book that tells seven stories from the Bible. They come together with a single purpose in mind, which is to teach people why and how to make a personal mission statement. My objective is to help others see their need to keep a narrow focus as they live out their lives. People used to be more productive than they are now, and I believe it's because their lives were simpler. The noise and light pollution created by a hustle-and-bustle world has slowed us down and gotten everyone distracted. The faster our pace, the less we accomplish. But we don't have to live this way. I'm calling on you to see your life through the lens of Scripture, and for you to set goals that are challenging but achievable, if only we'll take life one day at a time. In order to accomplish more, we have to learn how to do less. A good mission statement will go a long way toward helping us reach such goals.
