They say that happiness and fulfillment begin with the self. But how can we maintain that heightened purpose when the outside world keeps challenging us? From hardships and setbacks, to losses, death, and unexplained circumstances, we can lose sight of our internal worth, focus, playfulness, and abundance. That's why I invite you to explore the pages and artwork I have designed as reminders. They are filled with stories, tools, methods, and situations aimed at helping you on your own journey. Some of the topics are humorous and entertaining. Some are sexy and silly. And most are deep, heartfelt, and mind-awakening. Every one, in some form... is inspiring. Not all chapters may be for you now or at any time along your path. I wrote them at a different point along mine. But I'd like to think that my book is a natural rescue remedy in some way or another; that's why I wrote it. I'm not a doctor, certified medical professional, or licensed practitioner. I only know what I know, and am only as good and successful as my own collective experiences. However, I feel that my contribution to my audience has always been to empower. My book is a compilation of good-feeling energy, so hopefully, you'll connect with something inside that gives you peace with your past, freedom for what's ahead, and comfort in this present moment.
